If you are a computer user and your password is changed you need to lock or restart your computer after changing the password. Once the computer is locked login with the new password. If you are not in the office you must connect to vpn then lock your computer, a restart, signout etc will not work.

Method #2, Company iOS Devices:
Open the Password Portal app on your mobile device to change your password.
Method #3, Outlook / Web Portal:
Navigate to the File tab in Outlook at the top. In the Account Settings section, find “Access this account on the web.” and open the link provided.
Click on your profile image in the top right corner of the Outlook web app and select “View Account”
Select “Change Password” in the Password box.
Method #4, CTRL + ALT + DEL
Simultaneously press CTRL + ALT + DEL
From the options select Change Password
Type in your current password in the second box (the first should auto populate with your username)
Type in your new password in the third and fourth boxes and hit enter on the keyboard or submit.
