Introduction
Websites store information and settings on your computer to make your browsing experience better. Sometimes this stored information can be incorrect or be storing information from another user. In some cases, you will need to clear this cache to restore functionality of the website.
Clearing the Cache
Google Chrome
While in the browser, press the Control and "H" keys at the same time. This will open the browser history.
On the left side of the page, select "Clear Browsing Data"
A window will pop up called "Clear Browsing Data." Ensure you are in the basic tab.
Select the time range you feel is appropriate. If you are not sure when you last used the webpage, select "All Time" to clear the entire cache.
Make sure all three boxes are checked and select "Clear Data"
Close all windows of your browser before re-launching it and checking the webpage.
Microsoft Edge
While in the browser, press the Control and "H" keys at the same time. The history menu should pop up.
If Control H does not work plese open history as seen in the screenshot below.
In the history menu, select the trash can.
Select "Clear Browsing Data" from the pop-up menu.
In the pop-up window, "Cached images and files" should already be selected. Check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Site Permissions" and ensure the time range is set to All Time.
Select Clear Now to clear the cache.
Close all windows of your browser before re-launching it and checking the webpage.
Apple Safari on iPads and iPhones
Open the settings app.
Use the search bar to search for Safari, or scroll down to find Safari in the menu.
Tap "Clear History and Website Data" at the bottom of the page.

Confirm that you want to clear the cache by selecting the red "Clear History and Website Data" in the pop-up.
If the app is still open, close Safari before re-launching it and checking the webpage.
