- If Darktrace acts on an email, you will be sent a summary email that lists what was actioned on and what actions were taken. If an email is held and needs to be release, please forward the summary email to [email protected].

- Signatures will not be added to emails sent to specific recipients, such as facilities and helpdesk.
- Signatures will be added to all external, non @rtmoore.com, emails.
