Teams Meeting Room Quick Start Guide

Create a teams room Meeting

 

In Outlook calendar click on “New Teams Meeting”

In the required field, put the teams room equipped meeting room name or email address. This will also add the room to the location field.

Example: Ft Myers Training Room or [email protected]

On the day of the meeting, the teams room tablet will show the meeting and have a join button on the screen.
