Step 1: Open Outlook on your computer
Step 2: Click the button highlighted below to open the calendar in Outlook
Step 3: Click the "New Meeting" or "New Teams Meeting" button at the top left of Microsoft Outlook
Step 4: Fill in the necessary information and then press send*.

Step 5: Once you add the required attendees and the meeting room, if you want to book a room, click scheduling assistant. Scheduling assistant will show you when the people and/or room are available.
